General Hospital spoilers reveal big surprises, stern warnings, sound advice, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this exciting new episode.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was glad she delivered a healthy, giant baby she was willing to die for, but as she lost too much blood, her mind went to Jonah, the little boy who died soon after birth in Brad’s (Parry Shen) care. Then, Harmony arrived all dressed in black, trying to take Willow into the light, but why is Harmony (Inga Cadranel) in the light after killing multiple men and handing the child she stole over to a cult leader to be raped?
As the doctors try to revive Willow, she is set to take a journey with Harmony. Will she question her ‘mother’ about her poor life choices as Harmony tells her that Nina might (gasp!) love her too much? As Willow has a chat with Harmony, Michael (Chad Duell) receives news of her condition.
Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is confused enough, living in Spring Ridge with an overbearing Heather (Alley Mills) while having no memory of her litany of crimes. She doesn’t even know how she got pregnant, but she’s felt secure in the idea that the nice boy named Spencer is her baby’s father. Well, she is about to get an update on that situation.

After Carolyn (Denise Crosby) refuses to bury Esme’s memories forever, Nikolas (Adam Huss) decides to traumatize the young woman some more and tell her that he is actually her baby’s daddy and not her baby’s granddaddy. How could this be, and why would she sleep with this creepy, much older man?
Meanwhile, Carolyn is quite disturbed by what Nikolas wants from her and rushes to tell Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) what is going on and why she may not want to trust her old friend.
Trina (Tabyana Ali) still can’t believe that Spencer(Nicholas Alexander Chavez) wants to sue for custody of Esme’s baby once it is born because she knows he is too young to raise a child, but she was willing to watch that video with him that can help him win his case.
Now that they know that the video is of Nikolas confessing to tossing Esme off the parapet, Trina gives Spencer some advice on what to do next. Will he actually decide to send his father to jail?
Little does Trina know she has her own baby daddy trouble — meaning she might be getting some news soon on who her real father is. Stella (Vernee Watson) is now sure that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is Trina’s father, and she is torn about what to do with this information before the wedding she is supposed to officiate any day now.
