She Put A Ring On it
Sam (Kelly Monaco) looked down at her finger and one thing became clear. She really did think she married Jason Morgan and used the original wedding ring he gave her back in 2011.
But, one thing that doesn’t become clear is the legality of it all, and that’s where Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) comes in.
The attorney has to break it to her thought-to-be-son-in-law that he’s not really married to Sam because A-she never divorced Jason Morgan when she thought she divorced him, and B-she thought he married Jason Morgan when she was never actually divorced.

Oh, what a complicated mess this is.
After actually talking to Jason (Steve Burton) and letting so many feelings out, how will Sam react to learning she’s not legally obligated to Drew (Billy Miller), despite loving him? Is another wedding in store where Spinelli does not officiate?
Free? Or Not?
Meanwhile, Alexis and Sam have no idea that Julian (William deVry) is about to be set free and just might need to sign on the dotted line. Of course, he’s also hauled down to the PCPD and has no idea why, but he should be used to that by now.
