General Hospital Spoilers (GH): What Does Kim REALLY Know?

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Thursday, March 1 promise a day of lots questions, but will there be answers as two men search for clues about their past? You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

The Case of Two Three-Year-Olds
Did Franco (Roger Howarth) really see Drew (Billy Miller) in the stairwell or was that just a hallucination as he heads off to his wedding?

Whatever it was, spoilers reveal that Franco has an epiphany. He seems to also see someone else in that fateful hospital staircase? Is that someone Jim Harvey–or another person who has answers?

Speaking of answers, Drew wants to know if Kim (Tamara Braun) has any. If he really did see Franco, then he might wonder why Franco was acting so strange and think it has something to do with their time together as kids.

He asks Kim if he ever spoke of his childhood when they knew each other, and she seems to know something, but will she say?

Meanwhile, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) just wants to get married and once again has her nurse friends on hand for support as she waits for her groom to show up.

This seems so much like that time she waited for Drew to show up and marry her, thinking he was Jason. However, this time, Liz doesn’t have any secrets to hide.

Amazingly, Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Scott (Kin Shriner) put aside their differences for a change to figure out where the heck Franco is.

Scott warns Kevin he better have not done anything to hurt his son.

Dirty Trick?
On the other side of town, Ava (Maura West) is just happy for the time she gets to spend with Avery and Griffin (Matt Cohen) is happy for her.

But, will he be so happy if he finds out just how he got Sonny (Maurice Benard) to agree to let Avery spend the night with her mother.
