Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) gives her closing argument and wraps things up with just the facts; the facts of Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) case.
According to Alexis, Kiki’s case is with Dr. Bensch (Max DePaiva) only and her sexual history and consensual sexual activity is not on trial.
While Alexis tries to be reassuring, Kiki is completely on edge and doesn’t think the case will go her way, and things seem iffy when the jury comes back with a verdict extremely quickly.

Ava’s Fury, Franco’s Frankness

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) tries to be everyone’s rock during this situation, but she also has a lot to handle with Cameron’s newfound rebelliousness.
Is Valentin Honest?
The case of Anna (Finola Hughes) takes on new meaning when Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is brought into the mix. Many thought Valentin was behind Anna’s kidnapping, but it looks like this is all somehow related to Cassandra Pearce.
When Robert (Tristan Rogers) tells Valentin that Anna is missing, he is quite shocked… and also worried about this woman he will always seem to have feelings for.
Michael’s Heartache
Finally, Michael’s (Chad Duell) grieving continues, but at least he now has his mother home to comfort him.
It is sadly Carly (Laura Wright) who suggests that Michael start planning a funeral for his son; the son who is still very much alive living with Carly’s brother.
