General Hospital Spoilers
General Hospital spoilers (GH) for March 5-9 promise a blindingly chaotic week in Port Charles as your favorites try to pick up the pieces from a devastating earthquake.
Chaos Ensues
While it seems strange for an earthquake to occur in Upstate New York, it’s happened to PC before. And, when you have a dastardly real estate developer digging way deeper underground than he should (fracking, perhaps?), it becomes more logical.
And your favorite PC pals have to suffer. Sam (Kelly Monaco) is at the Q mansion with Jason (Steve Burton) when the quake hits and she wants to get out of there and get to Drew (Billy Miller). Ever the chivalrous one, Jason agrees to help, but then he’s put in a dangerous position on the way.
Big Decisions
By the end of the week, Sam is once again re-evaluating her life and deciding what the next step is to take.
Franco (Roger Howarth) was with Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) when the quake hit and Jim wants out of there as fast as he can, so he leaves Franco for dead.
Spoilers reveal it’s Jason who might come upon him and have to decide whether to also leave his former mortal enemy there.
It looks like Dante (Dominic Zamprogna)becomes an unlikely ally for Franco, but since spoilers say Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is grateful to Jason, he probably does the right thing in the end.

Monica (Leslie Charleson) is the one who is there for Nelle when they get to the hospital, and Carly thinks it’s time to have a heart-to-heart.
Taking Charge
As things go from bad to worse around town, Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Ned (Wally Kurth) both take charge. Ned does his mayoral duties and Griffin offers medical help.
Finn (Michael Easton) also does all he can do to help, while Anna (Finola Hughes) is away in Europe with Andre (Anthony Montgomery) making progress on their mission.
Odds And Ends
Others make it through the crisis ok as Ava (Maura West) spends time with Avery, and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) gets ready to learn the truth about her baby. While nothing is perfect, at least these characters have other things to concern themselves with.
