On Cassadine Island, Jason feels he almost knows what happened during his missing years, even if he can’t remember them. Then, tragedy seems to strike and all the answers slip away. Could Helena have been truly ill after all or will it all turn out to be a Cassadine plot between Nikolas and his grandmother to keep Jason from the truth as long as possible?

Anna has harbored a secret of her own that ties into Sabrina’s secret and finally decides someone needs to know. She decides to see Dr. Maddox once again, and as the guilt becomes too much, she finally spills it all, hoping it will calm her mind and release her demons.
