The General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Monday, November 23 promise a day of frustrations, confrontations, and confessions in a non-stop action dramatic episode featuring Jason (Billy Miller), Sam (Kelly Monaco), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), Helena (Constance Towers), Morgan (Bryan Craig), Anna (Finola Hughes), Sabrina (Teresa Castillo), and Michael (Chad Duell).
On Cassadine Island, Jason feels he almost knows what happened during his missing years, even if he can’t remember them. Then, tragedy seems to strike and all the answers slip away. Could Helena have been truly ill after all or will it all turn out to be a Cassadine plot between Nikolas and his grandmother to keep Jason from the truth as long as possible?
Back in Port Charles (or at least not far from Port Charles), Morgan’s behavior hits a new wave of mania that finds him with a shotgun–and an extremely frightened Kiki. General Hospital spoilers tease the poor girl finally realizes something’s not right about her on-again/off-again boyfriend and manages to get a call through to Carly for help. Will Morgan’s mother finally convince him to get the help he so clearly needs?

Morgan’s more level-headed brother thinks everything is coming up roses in his life, but Sabrina harbors a big secret. She also decides it might be time to let him in on this secret so they can start their life together with honesty and a clean slate.
Anna has harbored a secret of her own that ties into Sabrina’s secret and finally decides someone needs to know. She decides to see Dr. Maddox once again and as the guilt becomes too much, she finally spills all hoping it will calm her mind and release her demons.
