General Hospital Spoilers (GH): Desperate To Find Avery!

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Thursday, April 19 promise a day of heartbreak and suspense in Port Charles as the search for Avery goes on. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

The Search For Mike And Avery
Poor Mike (Max Gail) and Avery remain missing and her parents–and step-parent–are as frantic as ever. It looks like they won’t even try to agree for their little girl’s sake and do their own thing.

Griffin (Matt Cohen) offers comfort to Ava (Maura West), but is unsuccessful in talking her out of a rash move.

She goes on the news with a picture of Avery, crying and begging for her return–or any information she can get on her whereabouts.

Ava had to learn her own child was missing via Amber Alert, and she’ll do anything she has to in order to get her back.

And when she does, watch out Sonny (Maurice Benard). A judge might not be on your side. Not that a judge decided this custody arrangement to begin with. That was all Sonny and a frightened Ava.

Surprise For Sonny
Meanwhile, Detective Chase (Josh Swickard) is on the case with Sonny, but blindsides him with some news.

Does he inadvertently tell Sonny that Carly (Laura Wright) was at Morgan’s grave acting kinda out there when she was supposed to be with Avery? Since Carly failed to mention this, it would definitely take Sonny by surprise.

Emotional Support
Poor Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is overwhelmed by what’s happened and can hardly believe it, but sweet Oscar (Garren Stitt) is there for her.

Oscar’s mom seems to definitely be there for Julian (William deVry) as she encourages him to try to get closer to his family–and be there to support Ava. She also tells Julian she’s right where she wants to be at the moment.

Franco Moving On?
Drew (Billy Miller)seems more concerned about his new BFF, Franco (Roger Howarth), than anyone else and asks Liz (Rebecca Herbst)  how he’s doing.

While Elizabeth sympathizes with Franco’s possible triggers, he looks like he’s going off on Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) during a therapy session, telling him that every word out of his mouth is a lie.
