General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, February 27 promise a day of secrets spilled and secrets kept in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
Is She On A Wild Goose Chase?
Anna’s (Finola Hughes) determination to leave her past with Faison (Anders Hove) in the past now that he’s dead was thrown as a curveball when she learned Faison had Huntington’s Disease–and that it’s hereditary.
Genetic issues is how the whole thing with Nathan (Ryan Paevey) began, as he and Maxie wanted to know if their baby would have problems. Now, Anna has two dilemmas on her hands with Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) news. She has to let Maxie (Kirsten Storms) know the truth, and she has to find her daughter.
For Maxie, Anna goes to Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and tells her what’s going on and wonders if it’s even the right time to burden her with this information.
For her own child, Anna decides she HAS to find her and enlists Andre (Anthony Montgomery) to help. But, is she looking in the wrong direction?
Was Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) even telling the truth when he said she had a baby girl?
Suspicious Minds
Perhaps her child could be Peter and he’s right there in Port Charles. Anna might not be suspicious of him, but Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) certainly is and asks Lulu (Emme Rylan) if he might be using her.

Franco’s Angst
Meanwhile, it’s apparently still the night before Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) wedding and she wants to know what could be bothering Franco so much.
Of course, Franco (Roger Howarth) doesn’t let on, but turns to Scott (Kin Shriner), who attempts being supportive.
One Creepy Guy
One man who probably knows more than he’s letting on is Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan), who Drew (Billy Miller) has some words with. Drew doesn’t trust the man as far as she can throw him and enlists Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) aid to figure out exactly what’s going on.
