General Hospital Spoilers: Franco or Dranco?

Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) certainly didn’t help the situation when he testified that Franco (Roger Howarth) is able to make his own decisions, despite having no memory of being Franco and completely believing he’s just another incarnation of Drew Cain (Billy Miller).

Lawyer Martin ‘Tad’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) was certainly surprised and his odd accent was stronger than ever when he said she didn’t even need his own expert mental health witness. And Kim (Tamara Braun), she thinks she dodged a bullet.

And perhaps she did. The judge makes her decision, but General Hospital spoilers say that Scott (Kin Shriner) is not about to give up just yet. In fact, he has an idea to turn this whole thing around.
