General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, January 2 promise a day of fear and longing in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your seat episode.
For Auld Lang Syne
Sam (Kelly Monaco) never expected to be spending New Year’s Eve with Jason (Steve Burton) playing Dominoes and Tequila and getting drunk.
But, a drunk Sam was a relaxed Sam and certainly relaxed enough to smile and enjoy Jason just being there. Their kiss at midnight could mean nothing–or it could mean something.
Drew (Billy Miller) finally gets to the boat and interrupts Jason and Sam’s evening together and is not happy to see the dominoes and tequila out on the bar.
To him, that is something for him and Sam–not for Sam and…someone else. Sam has to explain what happened to Drew, but she only tells him what she thinks he needs to know. She likely decides to leave out the matter of the kiss and also likely tells herself it was the tequila and not her own feelings that let that happen.
White Roses, Champagne, and Guns
Anna (Finola Hughes) finds herself in quite the situation now that Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) has figured out what’s going on. She realizes Cassie wants to kill her, and Finn (Michael Easton) realizes Anna didn’t just up and leave. She was forced to leave.
To that end, Nina (Michelle Stafford) grows extremely anxious since Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) missed midnight and New Year’s Eve and in turn missed their anniversary.
She has a vague idea Cassandra might be causing trouble, but she’s certainly not going to tell Lulu (Emme Rylan) what Charlotte’s dad is up to.
Oh, what a tangled web for the brand-new year.
