General Hospital Spoilers
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, February 12 reveal a day of complete disbelief in Port Charles as it just makes less and less sense that Franco is the serial killer… but don’t tell that to Laura.
HE DIDN’T DO IT!
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) knows the man she’s going to marry (this week?) and absolutely knows Franco (Roger Howarth) didn’t kill anyone (recently). Cameron (Will Lipton) isn’t so sure and it looks like he gets into a fight because of the latest situation in his family.
Liz insists Franco is innocent, but Cameron asks her how she can be so completely convinced of this. (Some people just know these things.)
Drew (Billy Miller) also knows there is no way Franco did what he’s being accused of and is determined to help his buddy.
To that end, he goes to Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) to try to talk some sense into the commissioner who already has her doubts.
Laura (Genie Francis) doesn’t seem to have any doubts whatsoever and visits Franco in jail. She’s determined to make him pay, but she might want to look around her a bit more.
But, Spencer Sure Did ‘Meddle In The Election’
Speaking of Laura, she might also be in for a shock now that Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) is back in town.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) tries convincing his nephew to fess up about that election meddling. (In America, that’s what we call rigging an election.) Please, please, please no more PC special elections.

Faux Daughter
Sasha’s (Sofia Mattsson) visit to town is causing quite the stir. Liesl (Kathleen Gati) is excited to meet this young woman just to keep Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) freaking out and on his toes. She tells Sasha she can’t wait to know all about her.
Meanwhile, Nina (Michelle Stafford) is on cloud nine, which can also double as cloud oblivious. She is happy as a clam to have her whole family around her, including her very fake daughter.
When Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) show up at their little Metro Court reunion, Nina can’t wait to tell them that she and Valentin are getting remarried.
