General Hospital Spoilers: Cam Witnesses Something He Shouldn’t

General Hospital spoilers for September 3-6, 2019, reveal another trying week for Elizabeth as she struggles to get her husband back and he pulls further away than ever. And, it looks like Cam might be most damaged by this whole sordid insanity.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) first has a warning for Julian (William deVry). Keep your girlfriend in check is basically what she tells him. Julian is pretty aware Kim is pretty obsessed with any version of Drew, so he wants to keep her as far away from Franco (Roger Howarth) as possible.

Of course, that might not be easy considering Franco (as Dranco? DrewCo? FrankenDrew?) chases after Kim (Tamara Braun) every chance he gets. Too bad one encounter is spied from afar by Cam and Trina and Cam doesn’t know what to do.

Does he tell his mother her husband who doesn’t remember being her husband is wandering around town with Oscar’s mother (because Franco thinks he’s Oscar’s father)? Or, does he spare her feelings?

We have a feeling Elizabeth knows anyway, Cam, but will Scott be able to do anything about this problem in court before it’s too late? And, will the real Drew Cain track down Andre Maddox before Peter can put a stop to that in a very bad way? See it all for yourself in the tweeted promo video below.
