For the Friday, March 22, 2024, episode of General Hospital, spoilers focus on characters desperately needing help, needing comfort, needing to make decisions, and more. Do not miss this episode.
Desperate Call
Since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) returned, he’s been on the run, at Carly’s house, jumping off his favorite bridge, and hiding out at the boathouse on the Q’s property. How much more of this nomadic life can he take? The FBI and the PCPD are out to get him and he is the number one Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) shooting suspect. Sure, he didn’t shoot Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) son, but he knows who did. (Soap Hub asks: Is GH about to right a bunch of wrongs?)
Plus, he’s beholden to Agent Cates (Adam Harrington), so it’s clear Jason needs help now. He can’t exactly trigger the Bat signal so he decides to do the next-best thing. He calls Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy — who talks about one of her favorite scenes with Maurice Benard here), Sonny’s legal ace who helped Jason out of a million tight spots back in the day. Will Diane be able to help him this time? And will Jason ask her to keep this call a secret from her boss?
Comfort Here, Confrontations There
Other than Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Sonny, Cody (Josh Kelly) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) are the other two people who are the most worried about Dante. So it’s no shock to discover the two turning to each other for comfort.
Conversely, Maxie (Kirsten Storms — who raves about her daughter here) and Lucy (Lynn Herring) aren’t comforting each other at all. They’re actually confronting each other. Maxie calls Lucy out for another one of Lucy’s misdeeds. Is she the one to cause the photo shoot to go wrong? It sounds like Lucy Coe, right?
Stunning Occurrences
Sticking with the ladies of Deception, spoilers suggest Sasha makes a huge decision. Wild speculations: Does she quit her job as the Face of Deception? Or maybe she actually admits she loves Cody? Which one would be more surprising?
Finally, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are left stunned. Does this concern one of Brook Lynn’s dramatic coworkers or their upcoming wedding? It would be great if it had to do with good news regarding Dante’s health.
