General Hospital spoilers for January 25, 2024, reveal a very law-and-order type of episode with Laura working with the cops, Martin coming up with a potential hero move in court, and lawyers Robert and Diane clashing over Sonny. Do not miss this episode.
Laura’s (Genie Francis) world keeps coming up Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). Right now she’s worried about how her son, Nikolas (Adam Huss), is a fugitive times two and it directly has to do with Ace’s (Jay and Joey Clay) mom. First, Nikolas is wanted for holding Esme captive. Second, the Dark Prince has made off with his baby boy without Esme’s consent. Plus, Laura’s worried Esme might have her memories back.
After learning of the kidnapping, the mayor/grandmother brought Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) into the situation. So it’s no surprise that she, Dante, and his Port Charles Police Department partner, Chase (Josh Swickard), have teamed up now that Laura knows for that the Old Esme is back. When the trio makes an alarming discovery, do they come across Esme herself? Or is it something else entirely like a passed out Kevin on the floor of Alexis’s office?
Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) a popular guy, he has a way of impacting people’s relationships. For example, Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) are at an impasse over Diane’s primary client. Obviously, Diane’s ride or die when it comes to the coffee importer. On the flip side, Robert would be happy if he could send Sonny to jail. What are the two clashing over? Whether or not to go ahead and charge Sonny with assault despite his “victim” — Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) — refusing to press them?

Also, look for Sonny to advise Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Could this, once again, be about the Kristina/Molly surrogacy situation, especially now that Kristina (Kate Mansi) has learned the results of her pregnancy test? Or something a bit more up Sonny’s alley?
Meanwhile, Jordan (Tanisha Harper), someone who almost never asks for help, enlists another one of Sonny’s ride or dies. Shockingly she turns to Brick (Stephen A. Smith) for help. He’s stealthy and resourceful. So what kind of help does Jordan need from Brick?
Finally, Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) not feeling very confident in his personal life. His and Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) relationship is in a precarious place. However, he’s close to getting a win in his professional life. He thinks he’s got his hands on positive evidence in court. Does this have to do with Finn’s (Michael Easton) case? Or someone else’s?
