“Even if Sonny didn’t want this anymore, he can’t get out,” actor Maurice Benard told Soaps In Depth. “There would be bad consequences. But, I think he feels like if he ended his life, there wouldn’t be anyone trying to retaliate because he’d be gone.”
It’s clear Sonny has fallen into his lowest pit of despair and may not even be taking his meds. Will Jason (Billy Miller) be the one who has to save him again–or will Carly be there for her husband–despite her anger and pain?
