Should Griffin Be With Ava on General Hospital — Or Someone Else?

It’s handy to have someone who’s both a priest and a doctor on a show called General Hospital (GH). Griffin can fill both positions.

But being both a priest and doctor also brings you into contact with someone like Ava, who is both a bad person and a terrible person. The doctor is obliged to treat her. And the priest is obliged to understand (and forgive) her.

But he is not required to fall in love with her. Here’s how over 3,000 viewers feel about the possibility of that happening.

How about someone other than Ava (Maura West) venture 58% of you? Griffin (Matt Cohen) can do better, after all.

Valerie (Brytni Sarpy)? She’s too good for you, but that sure beats too bad for you. Sam (Kelly Monoco)? She’s about to have two Jasons too many and could use a break.

Heck, Anna (Finola Hughes)! You’ll even take Anna. His sort-of stepmother — and some people are even holding out hope she might still turn out to be his mother. But you’ll forget all that, if only Ava isn’t one of the options!

Ava is awesome, cheer that contrary 18%! She puts all the other schemers in Griffin’s life to shame (hi, Claudette, bye, Claudette). Ava is a real woman, not a dumb kid, and Griffin could use that.

Besides, priests are all about casting out evil, right? When will he ever get a better chance?
