Is a General Hospital Sabrina and Michael Reunion Near???

Since January, Michael Corinthos has been searching for his true love, Sabrina Santiago. He decided he didn’t care is she was carrying another man’s child. He still wanted her and her baby so they could be a family. However, things went terribly awry.

Sabrina didn’t realize Michael wanted her back, so she took off with Baby Daddy Carlos to Nova Scotia where she gave birth to a baby boy–and then…vanished…

The vanishing act was dictated by actress Teresa Castillo’s maternity leave, but now that Castillo is back on set, May sweeps will bring Sabrina back to the Port Charles canvas.

According to the May 9th issue of ABC Soaps In Depth, Michael (Chad Duell) and Sabrina’s relationship is not out of the woods yet.

“They have a lot to work through,” Head Writer Jean Passanante told In Depth. “His earlier concern about raising Carlos’ child, her running away with another man…and now the baby is real. “Despite their feelings for each other, we’ll have to see if they’re up to the challenge of conquering these obstacles.”

So, where does that leave Carlos and his claim that Sabrina married him? Will he become a victim of his own making in that car crash next week, clearing the way for a Sabrina and Michael reunion? Or, will he just end up behind bars where he belongs? While there’s been no confirmation on actor Jeffrey Vincent Parise’s status, anything can happen on a soap…
