The General Hospital recap features Willow Tait having a nightmare that sets a terrible course of events in motion.
In this episode, Nina Reeves confronted Michael about Willow’s condition before Willow had a meltdown and passed out. Also, Drew could not believe that Carly lied to him over and over while Sonny accidentally told Josslyn about Willow’s cancer. Finally, Brook Lynn Quartermaine devised a plan to get Chase to the mansion so he brought Sasha along, something BLQ did not like at all. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.
Michael (Chad Duell) was stunned that Nina (Cynthia Watros) showed up at his door knowing that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has cancer, but he was horrified when Nina accused him of convincing Willow to delay her cancer treatment. Nina apparently can’t wrap her head around the fact that any mother would do that and risk leaving behind the child she has at home. That child, Wiley, was thrilled when he saw Grandma was there and asked her to play with him because Mommy is always tired, and Daddy is always taking care of her.
Upstairs, Willow dreamed about beating cancer and bringing home a healthy baby before it turned into a nightmare about being so sick that Nina takes both the baby and Wiley. Nina even named the baby Nelle in her nightmare, but we think she should be called Lauren Janelle after both of her aunts.
After Willow woke, she managed to somehow run down the steps and have a meltdown in which she physically lashed out at Nina and told her she is not about to take her children. As she did the last time she lost it on Nina, Willow then promptly passed out.

Just as Carly (Laura Wright) couldn’t believe her ears that Willow has cancer, Drew can’t believe his ears that Carly (Cameron Mathison) had known Nina is Willow’s mother since May. Carly claimed she did it all because Willow didn’t need Nina in her life, and she was protecting her. She even admitted if Willow did not have cancer, she would never have told anyone. She was ready to tell Michael when Drew informed her that Willow had found a match, but he was not current on the latest news.
Drew both accused Carly of lying to get back at Nina and told her that he was not sure he could trust her anymore. That was when Nina called to inform Carly that Willow passed out and was on her way to the ER. Carly and Drew then took off to be with Wilow and Michael.
Meanwhile, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) showed up at Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) office to tell him he can’t run her life, but Sonny only wanted to offer her support during Willow’s illness. Sonny was stunned that Josslyn didn’t know about Willow’s cancer, and Josslyn was devastated to get the news. Dex (Evan Hofer) offered to take Joss home, and during the car ride, she told him all about Oscar’s cancer and losing her first boyfriend when she was just 16 years old.
Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) both liked what they saw when they spied Chase (Josh Swickard) doing some core work in the Yoga studio. Soon, Gladys left Chase and Sasha alone to talk, and Chase offered to be there as a friend for Sasha at any time, even via phone in the middle of the night when she feels most lonely.
Soon, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) called and asked Chase to come over and work on some changes she made to a song. Cody (Josh Kelly) was there to coach BLQ on what to wear and what to say. She was disappointed when Chase showed up with Sasha, but Cody took her to the kitchen so that Chase and Brook Lynn could work on music. That’s when Michael called to tell her what had happened to Willow.
