GH Spoilers Recap For September 20: Brando Is Dead, Will Sasha Survive?

The GH spoilers recap for Tuesday, September 20, 2022, features the end of Brando Corbin and quite possibly the end of Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s sanity.

GH Spoilers Recap Highlights

As if losing her baby at Christmas wasn’t enough for Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), she’s now lost her husband as well. Brando (Johnny Wactor) couldn’t be saved, and his family and friends were devastated. Somehow Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) even knew he had to get to Brando because a strange old man who seemed eerily similar to Mike Corbin told him so.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) was perplexed as to how Brando died when his cough and seizure weren’t even symptoms of the kind of wound he sustained. She went to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to see if he could solve the medical mystery, while TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) also scratched his head as to what really happened.

Elsewhere, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) told Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) that she wanted to lure The Hooker out by putting an open letter in The Invader. Gregory was hesitant at first, but when he heard that Brando was dead, he was determined to help catch a killer.

General Hospital Recap: Elizabeth’s Memories

As Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) remained under hypnosis, she remembered seeing the woman at the bottom of the stairs and also seeing someone at the top of the stairs. Then, she remembered seeing Peter August (Wes Ramsey) at the bottom of the stairs and grew so agitated that Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) brought her out of hypnosis.

When Liz told Finn what happened, he told her to just take one step at a time, and that reminded her of mountain climbing in Colorado as a kid. She went back to Kevin and told him she remembered her father always telling her the exact same thing.

GH Spoilers Recap: Carly’s Florida Fight

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) spent time visiting Virginia Benson’s grave, telling her adopted mother of all her life’s woes. Soon, a watchman came by and told Carly that her mother’s body would have to be moved due to a highway project taking over the cemetery.

When she asked why she hadn’t been informed, the man told her the contact person was Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and we all wondered why that could be but are forced to go with it.

We were also forced to accept that Carly was able to step right out of the cemetery and into a bar to confront Peyton Roberts (Linda Purl), the woman behind the highway project.
