GH Spoilers Recap For September 19: Liz Gets A Shock Under Hypnosis

The GH spoilers recap for Monday, September 19, 2022, features Elizabeth Webber deciding to finally get to the bottom of what’s been plaguing her all year.

Now that she lost time when an attempted murder took place, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) decided it was time to visit Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) again and tell him what’s been going on. He originally thought fighting with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was the root of her problems until she told him about the memory in the stairwell.

Kevin asked Liz if she wanted to be hypnotized sometime soon, and she told him that now was as good a time as any. So, Kevin brought her back to that day in the stairwell, and she had the same memories as before, but this time it went further when she saw the woman unconscious at the bottom of the stairs and ran to see if she was okay. Did Peter August (Wes Ramsey) falling down the stairs trigger all of this for Liz?

General Hospital Recap: Brando Keeps Coughing — That’s Not Good

Neither Finn nor Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) seemed too concerned about the fact that Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) stabbing resulted in a nasty cough. Perhaps Portia was too concerned with making sure that Curtis Ashford wanted her and only her and would never have stayed with Jordan Ashford, whether she lied or not. Curtis once again made a point of letting her know he can’t handle lies.

Brando seemed so fine to everyone that Jordan was able to question him and learn his attacker was wearing a black hoodie and had some sort of jewelry that made a clanking sound. Later, when he and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) shared a tender moment, Brando’s cough got worse until he was coughing up blood and had a seizure.

Elsewhere, Finn informed Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) that the attacker used a hook (which he overheard Jordan tell Sonny — apparently missing the part where she said to keep it quiet), and they deduced there might be a serial killer in town. Isn’t that always the way?

GH Spoilers Recap: Joss Gets Suspicious

Speaking of clanking jewelry, the show made a point of us hearing Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) dog tags clank together while he lounged at the Metro Court pool and spied on Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) just as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) asked. Dex even made sure to get rid of Sonny’s other guard when Josslyn spotted the man and confronted him.

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) warned Joss to stop making a scene because it’s not like her mother owns the Metro Court anymore. Joss admitted that Trina had a good point. Meanwhile, Sonny demanded answers from Jordan, and she didn’t want to give him any.
