GH Spoilers Recap For June 10: Nikolas Tells Ava He Wants A Divorce

The GH spoilers recap for Friday, June 10, 2022, features a stunned Ava Jerome Cassadine after Nikolas Cassadine presents his gift to her.

GH Spoilers Recap Highlights

Ava (Maura West) was happy to have Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) alone so she could try to get the scoop on why he is really back with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). It’s clear his feelings for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are much stronger than his feelings for Esme, so what gives?

Spencer denied her accusations but Ava knew he was lying. She thought she would finally get the truth, but Nikolas walked in and interrupted. He had been busy telling Esme he was not ready to alleviate his guilt and confess all to Ava as she suggested.

When alone, Ava told Nikolas she suspected Spencer is up to something but he wanted to talk about their relationship and about giving something to her to show how much he loves her. Ava said all she needed was honesty and not expensive items and Nikolas then said he wanted a divorce. This stopped Ava in her tracks.

After giving Nikolas a big hug, Esme then set off for the hospital where she got the guard to let her into Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) exam room. She was so proud to tell Daddy that she slept with Nikolas. Ryan was impressed, but then angered and disappointed to learn that Ava didn’t yet know.

Outside the door, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) lingered while wondering what could be going on in that room.

General Hospital Recap: Trina’s Bad News, Cam and Finn Lectured

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina opened the email from PCU together and learned the sad fact that PCU found Trina responsible for the sex video during its Title IX investigation. This prompted Trina to announce the only person who can save her is herself, but Joss wanted to also save Trina. She promised even Cameron Webber (William Lipton) would be on board. That’s when Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) walked into the gallery and announced he wants to save Trina too. It’s all about saving Trina.

At Kelly’s Cameron got a lecture from Laura Collins (Genie Francis), persuading him to go on a camping trip with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and his brothers for his brothers’ sake. After all, this would distract them from the problems with Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst).

Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) did the lecturing on Finn’s side and advised him not to reach out to Elizabeth’s parents in a misguided attempt to help her. After all, she did ask Finn to stay out of her life for now.

GH Spoilers Recap: Portia Problems

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) was highly alarmed when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) told her that Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) was diagnosed with schizophrenia 40 years ago. She explained how doctors didn’t know much about the disease then, but she nearly had a total freak-out when Curtis mentioned it could be genetic. When Curtis left the room, Portia quickly made an appointment with a genetic counselor.
