The GH spoilers recap for Friday, July 22, 2022, features Esme Prince doing what Esme does best, covering for all her misdeeds with another misdeed.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) showed up where her bartender/phone salesman friend was hiding and told him she could no longer pay him to keep quiet because she didn’t have a rich boyfriend anymore. However, she was able to sweet talk him into sitting on the couch and sharing a few drinks after he was impressed that she knew he had studied to become an environmental lawyer.

Esme then used her female wiles to make her friend more comfortable, but when he left the room for a few moments, she apparently drugged his drink because he wasn’t feeling well after just a few sips. In fact, he looked like he was about to keel over when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) came knocking at the door.
Thanks to Selina Wu (Lydia Look), who just seemed to want to help Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Curtis was led right to where he needed to be but what will he really find when he gets there?
General Hospital Recap: Austin And Cody Have Secrets
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) was done with her date with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) as soon as the hour began and declared a time of death. Cody, being the charmer that he is, then told her for someone who doesn’t like horses she sure is a nag. That earned him water poured over his head. Cody later talked to Comet the Horse about what he was really doing in Port Charles, but he was also vague.

At The Haunted Star, Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) told Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that she knew Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) was not her match because the Society Setups algorithm told him so. And he knew that because he own Society Setups. Are we all shocked?
Out on deck, the mystery man following Austin told him his time was up in Port Charles, and “she” wants him back in the fold. Austin didn’t seem interested in obeying orders, but he did find time to talk to Britt as she lamented her horrible love life. Even Maxie asked Spinelli why Britt keeps meeting horrible men if his app is so fantastic.
GH Spoilers Recap: Linc Falls For The Trick
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) argued about who should represent him when Linc Brown (Dan Buran) showed interest. In fact, Linc was so into the idea of becoming Chase’s manager he gave Chase 30 days to decide between him and BLQ.
When Linc walked away, Chase and Brook Lynn smiled at one another with all-knowing looks because the first part of their plan for Linc worked.
