The GH spoilers recap for Tuesday, August 30, 2022, features Port Charles citizens worrying about Ava Jerome Cassadine, while Spencer Cassadine worried about Trina Robinson.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) found Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) hungover in his room at the Metro Court and checked in under the name Fred Flintstone.

Spencer and Victor both suspected one another of trying to kill Ava (Maura West), but both came to the conclusion that it was most likely Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). While Victor wanted to make sure there were no loose ends, Spencer wasn’t so sure.
Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) burst Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) bubble about her record being wiped clean at PCU by telling her what happened to Ava. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) drive the girls to the hospital, where Josslyn thanked Dex for everything, and Trina stood vigil outside Ava’s room. That’s when Spencer put his hand on her shoulder, and she knew he was there for her. However, Spencer also relayed that he is there because Ava is family.
As next of kin, Nikolas was allowed to visit his unconscious wife and tell her that she should have listened to him or this wouldn’t have happened. This was after he got in Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) face and then refused to answer her questions.

General Hospital Recap: Elizabeth Had Words With Finn
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) told Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) exactly what she thought of him violating her boundaries and going behind her back to call her sister. Finn apologized profusely, telling Liz that he loved her and he can’t help but to want to make sure she is okay.
Liz was still angry and asked Finn if he would be able to let her deal with her own issues on her own if she somehow managed to forgive him. Finn didn’t get a chance to answer, considering that Jordan walked in to question them about where they were when Ava was attacked. Finn knew he was talking to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), but Liz seemed to have a hard time remembering.
GH Spoilers Recap: Post-Love Potion Time
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) were also questioned by the police just to see what they knew, but BLQ was more concerned with Drew’s love life than anything else. She didn’t want Drew to waste the same time she and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) just wasted.
Drew admitted something happened between him and Carly, but he wouldn’t elaborate. Later, Drew and his smile showed up at Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) kitchen door to talk about what went on between them.
