GH Spoilers Recap For April 29: Sasha Laid The First Blow On Willow

The GH spoilers recap for Friday, April 29, 2022, reveals Willow Tait in utter shock at everything going on around her, as the surprises just keep on coming.

GH Spoilers Recap Highlights

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was shocked enough to learn her mother had been hit by a car and was in critical condition, but she wasn’t prepared for what else she was about to hear. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) took Willow to the hospital chapel where she spoke of never forgiving herself if her mother dies considering how she pushed her away for so long. She was ready to check on Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) when Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) showed up with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) by her side.

Sasha took her time but finally told Willow that she was the one who ran down her mother. Willow was stunned but also wanted to know if Harmony ran out in front of Sasha’s car on purpose, but a stunned Sasha didn’t think so. When Sasha was ready to leave, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) arrived ready to tell Willow all about why Harmony was really out there on the road.

Earlier, when Gladys Corbin and Carly discussed what happened, it occurred to Gladys that the photographer named Felty (Brian Norris) might have something on that memory stick that could explain Sasha’s behavior. Speaking of uncharacteristically mean media, Smoltz (David Lautman) showed up to get the scoop and cited the first amendment. Brando explained that the first amendment protects against government retribution and censorship and Brando had every right to tell the reporter to go away. Brando is correct.

General Hospital Recap: Showdown At The Gallery

Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) made it to Jerome Gallery before Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) could confess his feeling to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). When Esme heard Trina call her a psycho, she comes out of the shadows and tells Trina her accusations almost got her killed by mobster Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Trina had quite a few words for Esme as she called her a needy, entitled psychopath. She also called Spencer an idiot for believing in her. Later, while Trina lurked in the shadows, she spotted Spencer putting on his act and hugging Esme.

GH Spoilers Recap: Ava And Nikolas Had It Out

Esme was the topic of conversation at Wyndemere as Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) discussed when Esme would be moving. Nikolas made excuses that she doesn’t have any money, but she’d be gone soon. To Ava, soon was not soon enough.

Nikolas then accused her of being angry that he chose his son over her and asked if she wanted a divorce. She told him she did not because she loves him, but also refused to sleep with him because that won’t solve their trust issues.
