The GH spoilers recap for Monday, April 25, 2022, features Michael Corinthos deciding he no longer wants to ever talk to Sonny Corinthos.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) tried to be nice to Sonny (Maurice Benard) when he showed up at her door and asked her if she could build a bridge between him and Michael (Chad Duell). You see, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is no longer in his life to help Michael forgive him like that time Michael learned that Sonny killed his biological father, AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan). Willow had not made up her mind about what she should do when Michael angrily came home. He didn’t like seeing Sonny, so Willow made herself scarce.
Michael declared to Sonny that his behavior with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was too horrible for him to take, so he has to cut Sonny out of his life once again. But this time he is going to stick it to Sonny by not changing his last name from Corinthos to Quartermaine again. That’ll teach him, Michael.
Meanwhile, over at Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, Carly jumped for a chance to see what papers Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) was burning when Harmony claimed she was getting her phone. She discovered a paper in the accordion folder that discussed Harmony keeping a child under unique circumstances. Then, she found Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) letterhead in the fireplace. When Harmony arrived back downstairs with a syringe, Carly told her she knows she is not Willow’s real mother. That wasn’t smart because Carly then had to fight Harmony for the syringe.
When Alexis arrived home after Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) convinced her to run the Smoltz story and kick Harmony out of her house, she saw signs of a struggle. Alexis thought she knew where Harmony was and headed in that direction. By this point, Carly was in a trunk and Harmony was ready to drive a car off a cliff.
After Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) informed Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) that someone purposely tampered with the surveillance equipment, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was more insistent than ever that Liz had to stay somewhere else. Liz was once more against it and was then surprised when Aiden Spencer (Enzo De Angelis) walked in and started talking about Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) ghost.
Aiden was convinced Franco was upset with them for moving on, but Finn dismissed him. However, Elizabeth didn’t seem so sure and her mind flashed to evidence that a ghost might be causing all of this.
At the Q house, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) had to explain to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) what happened to him at Liz’s house. The pair bonded and nearly kissed more than once, but they kept getting interrupted. Their last interruption was Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda), who wanted to know why Chase never made it to his adoption party.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) was all set to leave on a boat at the pier, but Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) stopped him and confronted him with his sealed arrest record.
Curtis didn’t see how being arrested at a protest and being sentenced to time in a mental health facility was a reason to leave your family. He even offered an olive branch to start over. Too bad Marshall did not want to take it. He chastised Curtis for invading his privacy and walked off.
