The GH recap for Wednesday, November 30, 2022, features Robert Scorpio and Holly Sutton saying goodbye — for now — after pulling off quite a con.

GH Recap Highlights

In this episode, we learned what Holly (Emma Samms) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) were really up to as Selina Wu (Lydia Look) did Holly’s bidding. Also, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) called it quits with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) grilled Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett), Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) symptoms seemed to get worse, and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) informed Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) what she has really been up to. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into the details.

Robert seemed absolutely destroyed when he was told that Holly had burns on 75% of her body and insisted on riding with her in the ambulance. Just when he and Holly were alone, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) popped up dressed as a paramedic, and Holly also popped up from the gurney.

Yes, all of it was a ruse — from the episode with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) at the Metro Court on. It was all to trick Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), and they succeeded. We learned that Felicia had dropped off flame-retardant clothing for Holly at that cabin the night before and showed Holly how to rig the gas stove to explode at just the right time. To make sure Mac Scorpio (John J. York) didn’t have to lie to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), they didn’t let him in on the plan and we assume Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was also in the dark.

Robert and Felicia then gave Holly the keys to a getaway car so she could escape to Canada and start searching for Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parsons) without Victor over her shoulder. The world would believe Holly was in a burn facility while Robert held onto the Ice Princess necklace for safekeeping.

Victor was livid when he heard what happened, but he didn’t realize he had more things to worry about. It seemed Holly had also given Selina a precious diamond in exchange for her drugging Victor at just the right time, which she managed to do at The Savoy after proclaiming there’s a special place in hell for men like that.

General Hospital Recap: Post-Thanksgiving Drinks And Dessert

It was a full house at The Savoy as Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) tried to pay Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to stay away from Britt and he turned her down, saying he would respect her boundaries without a payoff. When he asked what was wrong with Britt, Liesl refused to say.

Meanwhile, Britt got drunk and lamented her woes to Ava, telling her the last time she had real relationship sex, she had it with Ava’s loving husband, Nikolas. Soon, Britt started to feel unsteady on her feet, with Selina and Victor trying to help her out. After Victor deduced she was sick, and her condition wasn’t all alcohol-induced, Liesl stepped in and decked him. Go Liesl!

At the bar, Ava informed Nikolas that she decided to help the cops look for Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) by cozying up to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) at Spring Ridge. Nikolas just looked dumbfounded as he always does, especially when she mentioned she didn’t care if she had to take the fall for Esme’s parapet tumble — or at least let Nikolas take the fall.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) decided not to spend the evening at his club and instead spent it at home. After Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) complained about feeling like she was on house arrest, Curtis explained that he only wanted to protect her, so they made up over some pumpkin pie.

In the living room, Portia questioned Marshall about his schizophrenia as she was curious why he never had any episodes after he was diagnosed. She wanted him to see a genetic counselor, and he couldn’t figure out why.

GH Recap: Post-Thanksgiving Breakups

Chase finally got Brook Lynn to admit she never intended to write that letter to the civilian review board on his behalf because she thought he would fall in love with singing so much he’d never want to be a cop again. Needless to say, Chase was absolutely furious that Brook Lynn wouldn’t let him make that decision for himself.

Brook Lynn was soon shocked and devastated when Chase not only told her that he didn’t want to sing anymore, he also didn’t want to be with her because she wasn’t the woman he thought she was.
