The GH recap for Wednesday, November 2, 2022, features Trina Robinson getting some bad news that turns her world upside down.
GH Recap Highlights
In this episode, Jordan Ashford (Tanish Harper) alerted Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) they need to be careful, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) learned how twisted her parents really are, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had a warning for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) tried to play nice with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). In addition, Sam McCall recruited Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for a job. Let’s dig a little deeper and see how it all played out.
Josslyn and Trina caught up on their respective weekends over a bowl of popcorn as Joss confessed that she and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) slept together again, but she feels too much damage might have been done to their relationship and their connection might be gone. Trina confessed that she almost slept with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse), but she still thinks about Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). They both agreed maybe they should stay with the men who are nice to them and seem responsible.
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) immediately called Jordan and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to her office to show them her letter from The Hook. It was apparently mailed just before Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno) was killed and explained that all the victims are someone who wronged the killer. Jordan took the letter as evidence but Alexis didn’t tell her she made a copy.
Later, Jordan stopped by Carly’s house just before Carly arrived home to tell Joss and Trina that there seems to be a link between all the victims and Trina, as Joss was the intended target when Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) was killed.
General Hospital Recap: Elizabeth Learned The Truth
Elizabeth didn’t want to believe that she was the one responsible for Reiko Finn’s tumble down the stairs, but she finally remembered everything. She had caught Reiko and Jeff Webber (William Moses) together, and Liz warned Reiko that she would tell her husband all about it. When Reiko tried to stop her, there was a struggle, and Reiko fell.

Jeff and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) then explained that Reiko had a concussion and some internal bleeding and needed a blood transfusion. It was the transfusion that gave her the Blackwoods disease that killed her, which doesn’t make much sense with Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) own timeline, but we have to go with this.
Elizabeth then learned that when she was having nightmares, she started sleepwalking, and her father prescribed her sleeping pills while her mother tried to coach her into forgetting what happened.
One night, they believed she would throw her own self down a flight of stairs, so that’s why they dumped her with the neighbors and then decided to let her live in Port Charles without them for 25 years. They just wanted everyone to forget that the Reiko incident ever happened and move on with their lives. A horrified Elizabeth walked out of her parents’ house in disgust.
GH Recap: Back In Port Charles…
At the Halloween festival, Drew stopped Carly from telling Sam all about their romance, and Carly thought Drew changed his mind. He did not, but he informed her that they need to keep their relationship on the down low for a while in case Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) decides to report them for insider trading.
When Spinelli showed up with some gracious greetings, Sam recruited him to help dig up dirt on Cody, but Spinelli was hesitant.
Over at Charlie’s, Cody joined Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), Liesl, and Scott for a meal, and Liesl was not thrilled to see Cody at all. She was more disappointed to learn Britt likes the man. Scott eventually did his best to make small talk, but nobody seemed to really notice when Britt looked sick and had a coughing fit. Perhaps she should join her patient, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), in the Nobody Notices I Am Sick department.
