The General Hospital recaps for October 11 – October 15, 2021, featuring a young criminal taken into custody, a number of confessions, a reputation at stake, a plea for help, and so much more.
Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) efforts to sow discontent between Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) prove fruitful…Esme was awarded an internship at Spring Ridge.
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) caught up; Brando makes a point of rejecting the mob lifestyle…Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) acts as a sounding board for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)…Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) practices radical honesty with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) – then suggests that Britt reunites with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton); Britt rejects the idea; she’ll never play second fiddle to another woman.
General Hospital’s Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) was his and Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) stalker; Alexis is saddened by the news; she’s further aghast when Nikolas reveals that he’s cut Spencer out his life entirely.
Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore) questioned Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) about Nikolas and Hayden Barnes’s (Rebecca Budig) relationship; he’s perturbed by the picture Jax paints.
Spencer arrived at Wyndemere in search of his father; he interrupts a chat between Ava and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla); Ava makes herself scarce. Spencer apologized to Trina for his poor treatment of her. Ava returned, Trina took her leave, and Spencer took the position that he wasn’t sorry for harassing Ava. Ava has Spencer arrested.
Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) continued to insert herself into Brandon and Sasha’s lives – much to the young, expectant couple’s chagrin…After voicing his suspicion that Nikolas is responsible for Hayden’s shooting, Shawn puts the future of his investigation into Alexis’s hands; with much trepidation, she gives Shawn the go-ahead to continue pursuing his line of inquiry.
Ava stunned Nikolas with the news of Spencer’s arrest; they agree that Spencer must learn that his actions have consequences…Jason managed to soothe Carly’s ire, and prevent her from exacerbating the feud between herself and Nina…Jax beseeched Sonny to go easy on Nina.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) assured Ava that she and Nikolas are still legally wed; he lets slip that Nina knew Sonny was alive, and operating under the alias, “Mike.” Later, Ava visits Carly, and attempts to renegotiate Avery’s custody arrangement; Carly shuts the conversation down, saying that such matters must be run by Sonny.
Sonny visited Nina and laid down some ground rules, namely that she is to avoid him, and Carly, at all costs; Nina handed over Mike Corbin’s watch – an item that Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) chanced upon, and saved; Sonny mused that he might be able to forgive Nina her trespasses one day in the future; Nina makes mention of Sonny returning home just in time to interrupt Jason and Carly’s wedding night.
After conversing at the gym, Jason and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) gain a better understanding of one another…Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) took Austin’s concern about Leo being on the spectrum to Britt; Britt immediately realizes that Brook Lynn is merely trying to get Austin into trouble. Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) overhears the ladies’ conversation; she’s dumbstruck that Brook Lynn would use Leo in such a way.
Jason admitted to Sonny that he and Carly planned to make love on their wedding night…Britt suspended Austin…Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is aghast to learn of Brook Lynn’s most recent machinations…At Scotty’s urging, Britt agreed to reach out to Jason and request his help in tracking down her mother…Ava encouraged Nina not to give up her pursuit of “Mike.”
Esme tried and failed, to find someone willing to bail Spencer out of jail…Spencer refused to put Ava’s mind at ease concerning future malicious acts, so she in turn refuses to drop the charges she filed against him…When pressed by Sonny, Carly echoed Jason’s admission.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) joined Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) in Crete…With Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) help, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) deduced that he’s being controlled by Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
