Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Robert Scorpio (Tristian Rogers) refuse to entertain the notion that Jennifer Smith (Holly Gagnier) was responsible for either the theft of the Ice Princess or Luke Spencer’s assassination.
Curtis separates Jordan and Portia. Jordan swears that she’s on Trina’s side and intent on proving her innocence; Portia is dubious… Marshall deduces that the background check he submitted to was a ruse. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) warns Curtis that his father is on the warpath.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) pays Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) a visit. She confides in him about the role she played in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) death. When she inquiries about his tan, Valentin hedges, then pulls her into a passionate clinch.
Alexis is stunned to learn that the floater she found was Brendan… A guilt-plagued Harmony begins to buckle under all the praise being heaped upon her by Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen)… An inspection of Brendan’s body leaves little doubt that he was murdered – a far cry from Jordan’s initial theory that his death was a suicide.
When it appears obvious that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) is about to out his scheme to prove Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) guilty of the crime Trina stands accused of committing, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) greatly insults Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) earning him a fist to the face. An ensuing conflict with Rory Cabrera (Michael Kruse) results in the rookie officer suffering a blackened eye and the two young men being led away in cuffs.
A soused Harmony tempts Alexis with spirits, but Alexis remains steadfast in her desire to stay sober. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) happen upon the scene and assist Alexis in getting Harmony to the elevator and out of the hotel. At Casa Davis, Alexis recounts finding Brendan’s body and tells Harmony that the police believe his death to be suicide. Carly’s suspicions are raised when Harmony decries the fact Willow isn’t really her family.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tells Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) that she’s initiated legal proceedings against Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell); she’s aghast to learn that the men who raided Charlie’s made bail; Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) assures her that it’s all in hand; it’s made clear that Sonny’s rounded the degenerates up.
Cameron and Spencer are freed, and no charges are leveled… Aiden Spencer (Enzo De Angelis) persuades Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to assist him in using the Ouija Board. When Franco’s name is invoked, the candles lighting the room are inexplicably extinguished. Afterward, Chase is rendered unconscious by a person unknown.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) worry about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who’s meant to be meeting one of her matches. When the guy’s a no-show, Britt invites Drew to join her. Maxie realizes that Spinelli has a crush on Britt.
The Wu hosted poker tournament at The Savoy is a rousing success. Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) attempts to impress Selina are for naught… Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) encourages Marshall not to give up where his family is concerned.
Jordan warns Curtis against associating with Selina. Selina turns over Marshall’s police file to Curtis… Trina warns Curtis that his dad is doing a runner… Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) adoption of Leo (Easton Rocket Sweda) is made official. The family celebrates the news in a suitable style… Drew floats the idea of merging ELQ and Aurora.
