Kim Nero suddenly surfaced on General Hospital (GH) with her teenage son, Oscar.
It turns out Oscar (Garren Stitt) is the product of an affair Kim (Tamara Braun) had with Drew (Billy Miller) when he was a Navy SEAL in San Diego. Of course, Drew has now been revealed as Jason’s (Steve Burton) twin, which makes him a prominent member of the super-rich Quartermaine clan.
While it seems like Kim couldn’t possibly have known she hit the paternity jackpot, you still can’t help but wonder about it. Soap Hub asked General Hospital fans if you trust Kim, and over 9,000 of you weighed in.
Yes, Kim’s on the Up and Up
There’s no reason not to trust Kim, say 15% of you. When Monica (Leslie Charleson) brought up how convenient it was that Kim arrived in town just as Drew’s roots were being revealed, Kim was ready to bolt to prove she wanted nothing from the wealthy family. Kim is simply a loving mom, who’s in PC to reunite her son with his father.

No, She Has an Agenda
There’s something fishy about Kim, according to 85% of fans. You think her move to Port Charles has something to do with Drew’s connection to the Qs, and that she somehow found out about it beforehand. She’s there to make sure Oscar gets his piece of the pie and, perhaps, rekindle things with her old lover, Drew.
