Coming up in Port Charles

Chase (Josh Swickard) informs Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), “We’re gonna start our search into Delilah’s past.” It seems like they’re doing their due diligence since they want to adopt baby Phoebe, and attempting to square away once and for all who Delilah’s (Lilly Cardone) family is. Unfortunately for them, every time somebody on this show starts digging into a dead person’s history, the situation somehow gets dramatically worse before lunch.

Justine (Nazneen Contractor) asks Jordan (Tanisha Harper), “What would it take to get you back in that room?” The ADA is likely trying to get Jordan to return to their yoga classes because she’s certainly not encouraging her to go back to working for Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Honestly, after everything Sidwell’s orbit has turned into lately, downward dog probably feels significantly safer than organized crime adjacent espionage.

Meanwhile, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) says to Ric (Rick Hearst), “I need to know if you’re gonna have an issue with that.” The two will come together for Molly (Kristen Vaganos), probably because she’s going on a book tour. Alexis is going to want Ric to be on his best behavior which doesn’t seem like it will be an issue since he’s turned over a new leaf.

At her door, Carly (Laura Wright) tells someone, “I don’t know why you’re here. I have no desire to talk to you.” It’s probably Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) because the spoilers say she’s going to stonewall him. To be fair, most people greeting Cullum lately look like they’re deciding whether to slam the door or install a second deadbolt while maintaining eye contact.

Elsewhere, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) tells Cassius (Ryan Paevey), “I’m a prisoner here,” to which he responds, “And you’re welcome.” He’s supposed to confide in a surprising person, but it can’t be Joss, can it? Although this man has been monologuing like a Bond villain trapped in a therapy session for weeks now, so honestly, nothing would be surprising anymore.

And Curtis (Donnell Turner) spots Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) with his hand on Portia’s (Brook Kerr) stomach, and yells, “Take your hands off of my child!” At this point, Curtis already looks ready to launch Isaiah directly through a hospital wall on a normal day, so catching him anywhere near Portia right now was never going to end calmly.
