“Nathan,” aka Cassius (Ryan Paevey), asks Nina (Cynthia Watros), “What if I’m setting James up to feel the exact same way?” Cassius has spent so much time worrying about protecting James that he may be overlooking the emotional fallout of everything that’s happened. Whatever prompted this question, it sounds like he’s starting to wonder whether his choices are doing more harm than good.
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gives something to Rocco (Finn Carr) and says, “The peace of mind this will give you outweighs the risk.” That’s a comforting sentiment right up until the part where Rocco makes a horrifying discovery. Whatever Britt hands over may answer one question while opening the door to a much bigger problem.

Whatever she is up to, it clearly catches his attention.
And Ric (Rick Hearst) says to Sonny (Maurice Benard), “He’s out there running around loose,” to which Sonny replies, “Who says that’s a problem?” Sonny appears to have a strategy in mind, and from the sound of it, letting his target remain free may be part of the plan. Unfortunately for Sonny and Ric, Sidwell isn’t sitting around waiting to be outmaneuvered. While they’re discussing their next move, Sidwell is busy laying a trap of his own.
