Oh, that dastardly Victor Cassadine on General Hospital. He’s gone from standing by while his brother tries to freeze the world to running the World Security Bureau to tormenting long-lost son Valentin Cassadine by kidnapping his daughter, Charlotte.
But now there’s a plethora of Port Charles folks looking to knock him off his perch. Who will finally get to do the honors? Here’s what over 2,000 voters told us.
Once Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) put their heads together, Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) is toast, 43% of you predict. They both have personal axes to grind…plus professional skills to follow through. It’s a can’t lose combination!
Oh, please, 27% of the audience dismisses, Victor will continue doing what he wants, when he wants, for however long he wants it. This is a guy who ducked criminal charges well enough to be named head of the agency in charge of securing, well, the world. Anna and Valentin couldn’t even keep their jobs as agents. They’re kids. And Victor is playing with the big boys.
No one is smarter or more powerful than Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), 17% of regular viewers remind. Victor may run the world, but Sonny is one of multiple mob bosses in a small town in upstate New York. It’s obvious who would come out on top in a clash between these two titans.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) — along with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) — beat Victor once before. And now she’s the mayor of a small town in upstate New York. She’ll figure out how to bring Victor down and plant him in one of Port Charles’ famously impossible to break out of jails…or mental hospitals, the remaining 13% of you believe.
