With all the new General Hospital couples coupling up over the past several months…years in some cases…deciding who has the brightest future ahead is a tough call.

Luckily, we had the fans vote on their favorite couple in Port Charles. There are many great options, but here are the couples viewers thought had the most staying power.
GH: Boys Behind Bars
It’s a little hard to imagine Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) sharing many happy days together when one of them is in prison — thanks to a crime the other committed. Carly is sticking by her man but only 9% of the audience believes in their happily ever after.
General Hospital: Lay, Lady, Lay
Joss (Eden McCoy) and Dex (Evan Hoffer) can’t think of anything to do besides jump into bed together, then talk about how much they hate Nina (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny (Maurice Benard). And as long as they’re happy, then 11% of you are happy. If they want to do this for the rest of their lives, who are we to object?

GH: Second Time Around
Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Finn (Michael Easton) couldn’t make it work the first time, but why not give it another shot, 14% of you shrug. Last time, Liz was still hung up on her memories of Franco (Roger Howarth), not to mention her erased memories of her dad’s mistress — who also happened to be Finn’s wife. Now that those secrets are out in the open, it should be smooth sailing for them moving forward.
General Hospital: Young and Pretty
But, in the end, it wasn’t even close, as 66% of viewers predicted nothing but sunshine and lollipops for Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez). Sure, there’s Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Ace, not to mention Portia (Brook Kerr), scheming to keep them apart. But who cares? They’re young, they’re in love, and they’re both oh, so pretty. Nothing could ever go wrong for pretty people.
