General Hospital thinks it has the hot new pair on its hands, one that started in a dramatic way when a semi-mysterious guy parachuted right into the Metro Court pool, knocking a drunk Britt Westbourne into the pool with him.

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has been lamenting her romantic woes for months, staring at a dating app called Society Setups and wondering if she should use it. She hasn’t had much luck yet — except meeting a man who knocked her into the Metro Court pool at a Society Setups meetup. But is this the way for romance to begin?

The Jury Is Out On Britt And Cody

It’s hard to decide if Britt and Cody (Josh Kelly) could make a good pair when he’s only been around for about a month and the two have argued at every meeting. They might have chemistry say 40% of you, but it could be overclouded by the fact that Britt doesn’t seem to like this man at all and he rarely ever has a nice word to say about her.

The fact that he never as a nice word to say to Britt may be the reason that 32% of you think these two do not belong together at all. In fact, you’re sure Cody is not Britt’s type.

During her time on GH, Britt has fallen for Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson), Nikolas Cassadine (then played by Tyler Christopher), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), three very different men, but none of them anything like Cody.

The way he is so sure of himself and doesn’t care whether he says misogynistic things right to Britt’s face is a turn-off for you and should be for her.

The final 28% of you think Cody is the best thing to happen to Britt in a long time and love their banter.

You think it can turn into something more and you remember couples from the ’80s in which the man started out treating the woman as if she were beneath him, but then came around and treated her like a queen. Could this actually happen in this new GH situation? Time will tell.
