General Hospital viewers have never known exactly how they should feel about Harmony Miller. She was a member of Shiloh’s Dawn of Day Cult: Bad! That much was easy but there’s more.
General Hospital Polling
She seems to love her daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen): Good! She’s lying about Willow’s true parentage: Bad! She is a friend to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn): Good! She killed Alexis’s boyfriend, Neil Byrne: Bad! Can Harmony (Inga Cadranel) be redeemed after the latest revelations about her past? What over 2,000 voters had to say:
Too Far Gone
We thought she had been redeemed, 55% of you pout, but that’s all over now. Between getting mixed up in keeping Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) baby away from her and the whole injecting Neil with poison thing, there is no way fans can ever look at her in the same way again. She had her chance, and she blew it. How weird would it be if Port Charles allowed murderers and kidnappers to just walk around town, mingling with regular people, as if all their sins could be swept under the rug?
General Hospital: Never Ever
We didn’t buy Harmony’s redemption the first time, 39% dismiss, we are certainly not getting fooled again. We always suspected she was hiding something, and now we know. Go back to prison and disappear from our lives. Port Charles has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to committing crimes!
Forgive Me
Then again, 6% of the audience is whispering that Port Charles has forgiven a few naughty boys and girls over the years, not only letting them out of jail but letting them name hospital wings…and even electing them mayor. So why not Harmony? So she killed Neil? She had a good reason! And she does love Willow…as much as she’s capable of. Mobsters and rapists have been forgiven based on flimsier reasons.
