Someone is always falling in love on General Hospital, falling out of love, and/or celebrating love. No matter the age, no matter if they have a job, there always seems to be someone for everyone in Port Charles.

But which couple is setting fans’ hearts on fire currently? There were many pairs to choose from. We heard from over 2,000 fans on the subject.
GH: Brain Damaged
Sonny (Maurice Benard) dumped Carly (Laura Wright) for Nina (Cynthia Watros), but only 3% of you approve. Sonny had a love for the ages, and he walked away for a woman who made him want to be a better – at least criminal – man. You are not here for this!
The Other General Hospital Side
A slightly larger 6% are equally as unenthused about Carly’s hookup with Drew (Cameron Mathison). He is a pale imitation of her true love, Jason (Steve Burton), or his substitute, Sonny. Carly is two degrees removed from the man she really wants. And that’s just sad.
GH: Puppy Love
Joss (Eden McCoy) was terrified that Sonny would find out she was sleeping with Dex (Evan Hofer). She was convinced he’d be furious and would have Dex killed. However, when Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) finally spilled the beans, Sonny’s reaction was, more or less, an indifferent shrug. Which is pretty much how everyone says an enthusiastic 18% stand, too.
Partners In General Hospital Crime
Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) are finally a couple, and 29% of the audience couldn’t be happier. You love that they’re not just sleeping together, they’re working together, too. This is a pairing that has you tuning in to see what they’ll be up to next?
GH: Go For It
But the couple that 44% of voters are really rooting for, are Spencer and Trina (Tabyana Ali). They have everything going for them: They’re young, they’re hot, they are obviously in love…and we really need them to admit it to themselves. Stop stressing over that adorable giant baby, and focus on yourselves!
