General Hospital is full of horrible people. We’ve got killers, rapists, blackmailers, kidnappers, thieves, and liars. The Port Charles Police Department would be crazy busy if they ever decided to follow up on…any of them.

Of course, there are also the crimes which are just moral offenses. In that case, who is the worst of the worst? Here’s what viewers had to say about the biggest baddies in Port Charles.

For 23% of you, Michael (Chad Duell) went too far when he blackmailed Nina (Cynthia Watros) to stay away from Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and their kids. Nina is the victim, here! Her daughter was stolen from her at birth. Then, Carly (Laura Wright) knew that Willow was Nina’s daughter, but kept it from her. Nina did everything she could to get Willow a bone marrow donor, and all she wanted was to spend time with Wiley and Amelia Grace. Michael has no right to keep them separated.

General Hospital: Mother Load

Nina was a victim of many people. Her mother, Madeline (Donna Mills), is responsible for much of that. But for 28% of the audience, Carly lying about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and Willow being Nina’s babies was beyond the pale. She knew Nina was suffering, she knew Willow was suffering.

Heck, knowing who her biological parents were could have been the one thing that allowed Willow to find a bone marrow donor so she could fight off her cancer. Carly’s only reason for what she did was that she didn’t want her daughter-in-law to have a mommy and her grandchildren having a grandmother that Carly disliked. A lot.

GH Two Wrongs Don’t Make a Right

But for a majority of 49%, nothing will ever be as awful as Nina turning Carly and Drew (Cameron Mathison) in for the crime they innocently committed. Do you think they’d have done it if they knew they’d get caught? Of course not! So what right did Nina have to make life difficult for them, simply because they broke the law and wanted to get away with it?
