Here’s Who Made Santa’s Naughty & Nice List On General Hospital This Year

Santa’s got his hands full with figuring out who on General Hospital has made the nice list and who wound up on the naughty list. This year, there may be more people getting coal in their stockings than presents under their trees in Port Charles.

Who’s Been Nice?

Topping off Santa’s nice list is Port Charles’ most deserving this year: Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco). She selflessly stepped up to be Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) liver donor when all hope was lost, saving Lulu’s life and giving her a second chance with her family. Sam lost her life saving Lulu’s, and has certainly been recognized around Port Charles for her sacrifice.

Another person who made the nice list is Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). After conning his way into Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) compound to help Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) escape, he didn’t think twice before jetting home to Port Charles to help save his sister’s life by becoming her liver donor. Sure, that last part didn’t go as planned, and only time will tell if he’ll remain on the nice list as he decides whether he wants to stay in town or leave his family again.

Despite what seems to be popular opinion around Port Charles, Kristina has been nothing short of an angel all year. She kicked off 2024 thriving as she worked on her LGBTQ youth center and supported Blaze’s (ex-Jacqueline Grace Lopez) music career. As if that wasn’t enough, she offered to be Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) surrogate. The turmoil hit her one after another throughout the year between her breakup, losing the baby, losing her sister, and now her ongoing court battle, but she’s still pushing on like the badass Corinthos-Davis she is.

They’ve All Been Naughty

At the top of Santa’s naughty list this year is, without a doubt, Drew (Cameron Mathison). This character went from commendable to unwatchable the second he laid eyes on Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). As if the age difference and marital status wasn’t bad enough, Drew kissed his nephew’s wife while also sleeping with her mother, Nina (Cynthia Watros). Now that they’ve taken their affair a step further and Michael (Chad Duell, who recently announced his GH exit) knows the truth, Drew is in for much more than coal this Christmas.

As for Ava (Maura West), which of her crimes and heinous acts this year put her on the naughty list? Was it switching Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) bipolar medication for placebos? Was it working with John (ex-Adam Harrington) to take Sonny down? Or was it inadvertently being responsible for Kristina falling out the hotel room window and losing the baby? All of the above, most likely.

Ending the list is every person who instantly turned on Sonny when he was unknowingly taking placebos. This includes Laura (Genie Francis), Anna (Finola Hughes), Jordan (Tanisha Harper), and even Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). Sure, they didn’t know he was off his medication when he was acting out of control, but they were very quick to cut him off despite letting the fact he’s a murderous mobster slide for decades.
