Someone’s On The Other End Of Cody’s Bar Brawl On January 22 General Hospital

It’s the re-opening of Charlie’s Pub on the January 22, 2025, episode of General Hospital, and there’s already been a fight.

A Great Start

As Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) noted, warming the hearts of longtime GH viewers, his and Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) dads were once business partners when Luke (ex-Anthony Geary) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) ran Luke’s Blues Club. Now, the son of Luke and daughter of Sonny have come together to run Charlie’s.

The night was off to a great start as guests piled in. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) had a date night, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) met up with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). Brick (Stephen A. Smith) made a rare appearance, congratulating his boss’ daughter and then flirting with Jordan, while Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) showed up to spend some time with Lucky.

A Dramatic Finish

It wasn’t until Cody (Josh Kelly) arrived that things started taking a turn for the worse. Still grieving the loss of his $50,000 hush money from Drew (Cameron Mathison, who recently detailed the loss of his home after the Los Angeles Wildfires), he decided to try getting some more hush money, this time out of someone else whose secret he’d been keeping.

He immediately approached Spinelli and reminded him of all the ways he broke the law when he ran a dating app a few years back. Cody knew it all. And he demanded $75,000 in exchange for his silence. When Spinelli refused, Cody went for the attack. Unfortunately, Lucky tried to stop him and wound up on the opposing end of Cody’s fist.

With Cody being hauled into the PCPD, spoilers tease that Mac (John J. York) will give his son some long-overdue tough love. Do you think Mac can get through to Cody? Let us know in the comments.
