Kristina Wagner looked back at Felicia’s romances on General Hospital. She’s had many epic relationships over the years. However, fans were forever “grossed out” by this pairing.

Felicia and Luke Heat Up Daytime

Felicia and Luke (Anthony Geary) were regarded as one of GH’s super couples. Their relationship happened around the early 2000s. Their love story was mostly regarded as passionate. Felicia and Luke’s chemistry was electric. It was undeniable.

They could sense it between them as well. The two ended up sleeping with one another. Unfortunately, nothing came out of their relationship. GH isn’t afraid of toying with torrid affairs these days. (Anyone else thinking of Drew Cain and Willow?) But this was one of the first that was polarizing among fans.

Getting The Ick

In an interview with Swooon, Wagner looked back at Felicia’s romances on GH. She recalled a very different reaction to Felicia and Luke. She admitted that fans were “grossed out” when they got together.

“People didn’t like that. They were grossed out by that,” Wagner shared. “But I will say, working with Tony Geary is so fun. It’s just like going down a slide; you’re just on a ride. You don’t even think about lines  — you’re just doing it, you’re just living it. He’s so great.”

Wagner also shared her thoughts on Felicia’s epic romance with Frisco (Jack Wagner). Fans were obsessed with their love story, and some were shocked to learn that the two were married with two sons. However, Wagner noted that Felicia and Frisco’s relationship was more toxic than the show made it out to be.

“They fell in love with love and a commitment you have for someone, getting wrapped up in the romance of your life, almost to a point where you lose yourself, which doesn’t last,” she added. “That’s not healthy and wasn’t healthy for the characters.”
