General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms Recreates Character’s Iconic Hairstyle

General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms has always been a fashionista on and off the screen, and now she’s hitting fans with a wave of nostalgia with her latest hairstyle.

Forever Your Space Girl

Storms took to Instagram with a black and white selfie featuring one of her iconic hairstyles from the 1999 Disney Channel movie Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century. The “space buns” are featured with sunglasses and a heartwarming caption.

“Every once in awhile I will rock the space buns. Today was one of the days,” Storms writes, accompanied by space-themed emojis and the hashtag #zoomzoomzoom, lyrics from a song in the film.

With over 18,000 likes, the post received love from GH fans and Zenon fans alike, as well as a few GH co-stars.

“So cute,” Finola Hughes (Anna, GH) commented, while Briana Lane (ex-Brook Lynn, GH) wrote, “Zenon forever!!” The post also received a like from the other half of Storms’ on-screen supercouple, Bradford Anderson (Spinelli, GH).

The actress is known for posting widely loved photos on Instagram. More recently, she captured a cute moment between her real-life daughter and on-screen son on the GH set.

What’s Maxie Been Up To?

While Storms continues becoming a social media icon, her character, Maxie, has found herself with quite the handful these days. Aside from running Deception and convincing Tracy (Jane Elliot) that Sonny’s (Maurice Benard, who shared a hilarious story about mixing up two GH co-stars) investment will help more than it will hurt, she’s also worried about her best friend, Lulu, who’s fighting for her life at GH.

If that wasn’t enough, Maxie’s son, James (Gary James Fuller), has given her quite the headaches recently. After running away and almost drowning in the Quartermaine lake, James is back to bickering with his older sister and being best buds with his Uncle Cody (Josh Kelly).
