Touching Tribute To Natasha

Recently, McCoy shared an emotional Instagram post with intimate photos of her time with her mom. The first shot showed McCoy and her mom looking at the rushing water. She also shared a throwback photo of her mom when she was pregnant.

Other touching photos include a list of “Daily Thankfuls” from a journal. Some of the gratitude notes included “all the places I’ve been,” “a beautiful place to live,” and “all the loves that I’ve known.”

Other shots include letters from her mom and throwback photos from her childhood. In her caption, McCoy wrote, “Not a day goes by 🪽 if there’s one thing I can say- it’s keep your cards ❤️ Happy birthday, mom.”

The GH star also shared some advice from her mom. Some of those wise words include “Be brave enough to say I’m sorry, or I love you, or I forgive you” and “Success is not measured by your job, your education, how much money you have, or what car you drive. Success is determined by who you are, how you treat others, and how you lead your life.”

Fans took to the comment section to share their thoughts. Most of them shared birthday wishes for McCoy’s late mother. Others could relate by holding onto their late mother’s letters and journals.

“So beautiful. Words are powerful,” one user noted. “Even to see their writing is important. I miss my mom, too. Every damn day,” another fan commented. “I have all the cards and letters from my grandmother and mom,” a third user noted.

Losing a parent is hard. It’s even harder not to feel their love anymore. Whether it’s through voicemails or letters, cherishing those feelings is important. It helps keep their memory alive and to still feel their love.
