Corinthos Custody Battles Heat Up On August 1 General Hospital

There are two Corinthoses entering custody battles on the August 1, 2024 episode of General Hospital… but can they win?

Sonny vs Ava

On one side of the ring, we’ve got Ava (Maura West), who was just caught with a shirtless John (Adam Harrington) in her room by Trina (Tabyana Ali). While Ava tried coming up with an excuse, Trina immediately told Josslyn about what she saw.

On the other side of the ring is Sonny (Maurice Benard), who sees Ava and John as two separate enemies, not knowing the two have teamed up against him. But now that Josslyn knows about Ava’s secret hookup, it may only be a matter of time until the truth comes out.

Kristina vs Molly and TJ

Despite having to fight Ava’s subpoena at her father’s custody battle, it looks like Kristina (Kate Mansi) may wind up entering a custody battle of her own. Although Kristina and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) have made up and Molly backed down from wanting her sister to sign away her rights to the baby, there’s someone else who’s willing to battle the surrogate mother.

TJ (Tahj Bellow) has made his issues with Kristina no secret since she became his and Molly’s surrogate, and his frustration has only grown over the months as Kristina has been hellbent on supporting her father. But her interview with Perez Hilton (who recently guest-starred on GH as himself) seemed to be the last straw for TJ, who went venting to both his mother and Molly and Kristina’s all about the possibility of fighting Kristina for custody of his baby.

A Devastating End

As things came to a head between Kristina and Ava after Kristina ordered her to drop the subpoena, the heated encounter took a devastating turn. Kristina tripped over John’s bag on Ava’s floor and fell out her hotel room window straight into the Metro Court pool as everyone watched on.
