It’s been a tough road for Michael on General Hospital. First, he learned his wife, Willow, cheated on him with his uncle Drew. Then, the despondent Corinthos found solace in the arms of ex-girlfriend Sasha and wound up getting her pregnant. Finally, an incendiary device exploded in his dad’s penthouse and burned Michael over most of his body. As a result, he landed in a German clinic, getting experimental burn treatments. While viewers await the eventual return of Michael, who will be a changed man after his recovery, Chad Duell revealed his own real-life transformation that wowed the fans.
Perseverance At Its Finest
Duell shared a snap of himself shirtless and gazing off into the distance on Instagram, along with the caption: “Been on a real journey lately…mentally and physically. Dropped nearly 20 pounds since December, but the weight that really mattered wasn’t just physical. Been shedding old mindsets, self-doubt, and comfort zones too. Funny how the more you grow mentally, the more your body wants to match that energy.”
He continued, humorously creating an analogy with, “Or maybe it’s the other way around? Either way, they’re definitely in a relationship… and I think they’re getting serious.” He further explained that he was very proud of the path he had chosen and finished by stating, “Growth isn’t always loud, but it shows up if you stay consistent.”
