General Hospital‘s Josslyn has been locked away in a room under Wyndemere for weeks. Her escape attempts have failed, and her situation is becoming more dangerous by the minute. An unlikely someone may be her key to getting out of there.
Key Takeaways
- Cassius may have taken Joss, but he doesn’t want her harmed.
- Liesl has joined Joss in the room under Wyndemere.
- Cassius may not be as bad as he seemed.
- Joss could convince Cassius to help them escape.
And Liesl Makes Two
Cassius (Ryan Paevey) took Josslyn (Eden McCoy – who recently broke down Joss’s mind game with Cassius) hostage because she was getting too close to the truth. Initially, he kept her a secret from Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but now the cat is out of the bag. Cassius never wanted to harm Joss, but the other two have different ideas. If it were up to Cullum, she would be dead already.
Enter Liesl (Kathleen Gati). Cullum took her to finish Britt’s (Kelly Theibaud) work and put her in the same room as Joss. This may not have been his smartest move. If the two women put their heads together, a plan to escape may emerge. The key to getting out may be the very man who put Josslyn there in the first place.
Not Such A Bad Guy
Cassius first appeared to be the evil twin to Nathan’s good one. He was working on Faison’s final project with the bad guys and was helping force Britt to do the work.
A different Cassius is now coming to light. Nathan’s twin formed a strange bond with Joss while they were alone in that room. He likes her and does not want to see her harmed. He stopped both Sidwell and Cullum from killing her on different occasions.
Now, Cullum has taken his mother to force her to finish the project without letting Cassius know, which did not make him happy. He let his good side show to Cullum for a hot second, but quickly recovered and claimed not to care what happens to Liesl. That is most likely a lie.
Josslyn sees the good side and is more than willing to exploit it to get her and Liesl out of the mess they are in. It may not be hard to do because it looks like Cassius could be switching sides. He has had enough of Sidwell and Cullum’s evil ways and may want out, so helping the prisoners escape could be the way to accomplish this. Britt and Rocco (Finn Carr) can come home, and he can settle into life as Cassius, not Nathan.
Do you think Cassius is becoming a good guy?
