Looking For Love: Who Should Be Lulu’s New Man On General Hospital?

Dante has left General Hospital. Who knows when he’ll be back? Lulu is all alone. And that state never lasts long on soaps. There’s bound to be a new man in her life, sooner or later. The only question is who it will be. What almost 10,000 fans had to say:

What’s New
No one currently on the canvas is good enough for our Lulu (Emme Rylan), 46% of you assert. She needs someone new. A dashing hero who can sweep Lulu off her feet, and protect her and her kids from the inevitable ill-winds that always blow through Port Charles.

We realize that such a description practically mandates it being a member of Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) mob — or, at worst, a supporter. But, what if we go really wild and look for a guy on the right side of the law — like Dante.

Wait Up
An almost equal number, 45%, don’t want to see Lulu with anyone but Dante (Dominic Zaparonga). She should sit and she should wait until the love of her life, her husband, comes back. Maybe she could knit a quit or something, like Odysseus’s wife. Learn patience.

Tied Up
And then there’s a tie for last place. A little over 3% each voted for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), and for Peter (Wes Ramsey). They’re both pretty bad people. One stole Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) and kept her from Lulu for years.

The other played Lulu for an idiot… and was responsible for the death of Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) husband.

Sure, they both take turns looking tortured, completely with puppy dog, I-am-so-misunderstood-eyes.

Obviously, some fans are buying it. And they’d like to see Charlotte’s parents reunite. As well as keep Maxie from hooking up with the guy who got Nathan (Ryan Paevey) murdered. Lulu would be a tiny bit better.
