Liz And Sam: The Most Unlikely Alliance EVER

They fought over the same General Hospital man for years and now one of them is dating the man who once pretended he raped the other.

In addition to that, they’ve been in warring fan bases forever, but now something crazy is about to happen. Liz and Sam are going to team up.

Yes, we know they made amends before and Sam was the one who even convinced Liz (Rebecca Herbst) to accept Jason’s marriage proposal when he thought he was Jake Doe.

Sam and Danny even attended a Thanksgiving dinner at Liz’s house during the whole Jake Doe saga, but it was all-out war when Sam (Kelly Monaco) learned Liz kept Jason’s identity from him and her for seven months.

But, today, the tide seemed to turn and next week it turns in a big way when Liz and Sam team up to solve Tom’s murder–and try to save both Franco and Alexis, according to the January 30 issue of Soap Opera Digest.

They’re both in it to help people they love, but the fact that they can even try getting along more than just for Jake’s sake is a major deal.

Actress Rebecca Herbst thinks this is the perfect matchup and told Digest that Sam and Liz work well together for a reason.
