With the Super Bowl coming up this weekend, Pennsylvania native and former ABC soap star Kristen Alderson looks back at one of the best moments of her life with her beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
If you follow football, you know the Eagles are playing against the New England Patriots on Sunday and Alderson is getting into the spirit and ready for the game. She also looked back fondly at the time the Eagles made one of her biggest dreams come true.
In 2015, Alderson sang the National Anthem for the Eagles and remembered the moment on Instagram today, saying she got to live out her dream. She reminisced about how this one football team always reminded her of home no matter where she lived and how it could bring people together with team spirit.
This past year, her brother Eddie, who has been battling cancer, had to miss the season’s first game due to a hospital stay, but they did see a playoff game together.
No matter which team wins on Sunday, we know Alderson will always remember her Super Bowl moment and now you can see the entire thing in the video above.
